This website provides general information about Passage Co. and its estate notification support services. Website content is not legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice.

Service scope

Passage Co. provides administrative notification support for Ontario estates. We do not provide legal advice, prepare probate applications, file tax returns, distribute estate assets, or handle estate funds.

Engagement

A service relationship begins only after Passage Co. and the client agree to a written engagement or service arrangement. The scope, fee, required documents, and responsibilities are confirmed during intake.

Third-party institutions

Government agencies, financial institutions, utilities, and other providers set their own requirements and timelines. Passage Co. will prepare, send, and follow up on notifications within its agreed scope, but it cannot guarantee third-party response times or decisions.
